We want to let our community know that the LikeMind service model in Western Sydney has changed.
As part of this transition, LikeMind is no longer providing services from the sites at Penrith and Seven Hills. This means you will not be able to access supports through LikeMind in these locations. Instead, LikeMind will be delivered in a flexible way, in partnership with the local health districts.
LikeMind will ensure consumers and carers are supported throughout this transition. LikeMind services will contact existing consumers regarding their transition to suitable alternative services.
We sincerely thank everyone who has connected with LikeMind over the past twelve years. It has been a privilege to support our community and walk alongside so many people in their mental health and wellbeing journey.
