At LikeMind we are committed to providing flexible service delivery. When making an appointment, please advise one of our friendly staff of your specific needs or preferences and we will accommodate these as best we can. Our centres are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm excluding public holidays. To book an appointment, call our friendly team at either Seven Hills or Penrith.
We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete some required forms and fill in a survey. When you arrive, please check in with our reception team upon arrival.
You will meet with a warm and friendly clinician for approximately 60 minutes:
The clinician will meet with you to understand what issues are important to you and to determine your needs. This will assist them with creating a personalised care plan for you.
Feel free to ask your clinician any questions you might have as this will help with their recommendations.
Family, carers and friends:
Family, carers and friends are welcome to attend with you for support as it can sometimes be a very confusing and confronting time when accessing services.
We aim to be as inclusive as possible for our family, carers and friends without breaking any confidentiality as appropriate.
As a family, carer or friend, if you have any specific questions, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly administration staff or clinical team.
In addition to our individual services, at times LikeMind offers a group program. Please contact us to discuss current group activities available.
