At LikeMind we take a holistic and collaborative approach to supporting you or someone you care for on the journey to good mental health. Our purpose-built centres are easily accessible across Western Sydney.
At LikeMind we have a range of services available and a variety of ways in which we can support individuals seeking help to address their mental health concerns.
LikeMind works closely with Mental Health Services in the Local Health District and can support by providing access to psychological interventions with an allied health professional via a mental health treatment plan
LikeMind can provide support by connecting you to Drug and Alcohol Services provided by the Local Health District as part of your coordinated care plan
LikeMind can assist with providing a range of services to support your overall health and wellbeing. This may include finding help to access physical health checks and screening. Access to sexual health services, help to quit smoking and referral to psychiatry or specialist services
LikeMind partner with organisations to help job seekers identify and secure employment
If a family member or career needs support, LikeMind can provide access to a range of carer respite, education and support services
There are a range if other services LikeMind team can also help you link with. Other types of support include NSW Family Planning, Personal Helpers and Mentors Service, Housing and Support and Partners in Recovery

Western Sydney – Penrith and Seven Hills.
LikeMind services are available in-person or online, with telehealth appointments available during centre hours and in both locations.
Speak to your GP or other health professional for a mental health care plan and referral to LikeMind in Western Sydney.
Encourage the person you’re supporting to speak to their GP first. You can also give us a call for more information on how you can help.
